For Trinity College London YPC Examination Application, please download the YPC Examination enrollment form here. To enroll online, please complete the online enrollment form here and type “YPC Exam” under Remarks.

Enrollment Method (North Point campus):
1. Please read, fill out and sign the enrollment form.
2. Submit the form to our kingdom, either in person or by fax (2571 5254) or by email (admin@imilk.co).
3. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to finalize the registration.

報考英國倫敦聖三一幼兒表演生證書的學生, 請先下載聖三一報名表。慾於網上申請，請填妥網上申請表并於“備註”填上“YPC 考試”。
