For children interested in the Trinity College London (SCA) Speech Communication Arts examination, please download the iSpeak enrollment form here. To enroll online, please complete the online enrollment form here and type “SCA Exam” under Remarks.

Enrollment Method (Causeway Bay campus):
1. Please read, fill out and sign the enrollment form.
2. Submit the form to our kingdom, either in person or by fax (2856 9803) or by email (admin@imilk.co).
3. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to finalize the registration.

若有興趣報考聖三一英語言語交際藝術考試，請先下載 iSpeak 英語會話班報名表。慾於網上申請，請填妥網上申請表并於“備註”填上“SCA 考試”。

報名方法：
1. 請填妥報名表。
2. 請將填妥好的報名表，通過電郵(admin@imilk.co)，傳真(2856 9803)或親身交回 m.i.l.k. 銅鑼灣。
3. 我們將盡快與您聯絡，完成報名。
