1)   Before enrollment, please read the Note to Parents.
2)   please download and fill out the iPlay enrollment form.
3)   Submit completed enrollment form with payment (cheque title: Hong Kong Man Sang Educational Organisation) to m.i.l.k. @ HKMSKG – WD either in person, by mail, thru fax (2856 9803) or email (admin@imilk.co).
4)   We’ll contact you as soon as possible to finalize the registration.
